Mental health resources during COVID19/Coronavirus

For those in isolation, here are some resources for a variety of needs, including personal safety, reading, and other things to do to keep from going stir crazy. I have made an effort to include free and low-cost services. Some, but not all, of these services, are also offered in Spanish and other languages. There are also some craft ideas, most of which involve supplies you already have in your home.
