antidepressant.
Power Yoga Buffalo: Yoga teachers will
lead free classes using the Zoom app at
times posted on the studio's social media feeds.
Barre Centric: The barre studio has
launched a virtual studio for its members, with classes at times posted on
its social media feeds.
Non-members can purchase access for $40, or find the studio's free videos
on Youtube.
Rockpile Athletics: The CrossFit
and bootcamp gym will live stream workouts on Thursdays at 6 p.m. For more

The
Metropolitan Opera will live-stream some of the greatest past performances at
7:30 p.m. each night on their website. The performances will be available until
