Stay Active - Exercise releases endorphins, the body’s very own natural antidepressant.
Power Yoga Buffalo: Yoga teachers will lead free classes using the Zoom app at times posted on the studio's social media feeds.
Barre Centric: The barre studio has launched a virtual studio for its members, with classes at times posted on its social media feeds. Non-members can purchase access for $40, or find the studio's free videos on Youtube.
Rockpile Athletics: The CrossFit and bootcamp gym will live stream workouts on Thursdays at 6 p.m. For more updates, follow their Instagram page.

Free Performances 
The Metropolitan Opera will live-stream some of the greatest past performances at 7:30 p.m. each night on their website. The performances will be available until the next afternoon. Find them here, or on the opera's app for Apple, Amazon, Roku, or Samsung Smart TV
Educators around the world are offering resources for parents and children who have shifted to home learning, including Scholastic, which released a Free Virtual Learning Resource Center
